Courtois, Mbappé, Valverde, Bellingham and Trent have been named on a 26-man shortlist for the Men's FIFPRO World11 2025. The five madridistas are in the running to be part of the team, as voted for by professional footballers from around the world. The results will be unveiled on 3 November, from 2:00 pm CET, on FIFPRO's digital channels.

The eleven is chosen based on players' performances from 15 July 2024, until 3 August 2025, under the condition they have made at least 30 competitive appearances in that time.

Modrić also nominated
Besides the five current Real Madrid players, madridista legend Luka Modrić is also on the list of nominees. The 26 names are:
Goalkeepers: Courtois, Becker and Donnarumma.
Defenders: Trent, Cubarsí, Hakimi, Marquinhos, Mendes, Saliba and Van Dijk.
Midfielders: Valverde, Bellingham, Modrić, Pedri, De Bruyne, Neves, Palmer and Vitinha.
Forwards: Mbappé, Cristiano, Dembelé, Haaland, Messi, Raphinha, Salah and Lamine Yamal.
