Andriy Shevchenko visited the team at Real Madrid City. The former player, current president of the Ukrainian Football Federation, greeted Ancelotti and the players, and watched our team's training session as they prepare for this Saturday's trip to Espanyol (9:00 pm CET).

After the training session, Shevchenko said: "Carlo is a special friend of mine. One of the best coaches of all time, we had a fantastic time at Milan, where I won the Champions League with him as my coach."

"The atmosphere and the chemistry inside the dressing room is something all the players always remember. Carlo is a very successful coach at every club he has worked at and especially at Real Madrid, where he has won so many trophies including the Champions League. I am very proud and happy for him."

"I was also able to have a short chat with the players, especially with Lunin, who is the goalkeeper for the Ukraine national team. They treated me very well. I think the chemistry in the team is very good."

How was your day at Real Madrid City?
"It was a fantastic day, it's always a pleasure to come and remember my time playing against Real Madrid, they were huge games. It's a special moment and a special club."
