Kick-off times for the madridistas on international duty

Twelve Real Madrid players have been called up for international duty in September. Carvajal and Huijsen (Spain), Mbappé and Tchouameni (France), Alaba (Austria), Rüdiger (Germany), Güler (Turkey), Courtois (Belgium), and Brahim (Morocco) faced two qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup. Valverde (Uruguay) and Mastantuono (Argentina) are also playing in World Cup qualifiers. Gonzalo (Spain U21) played two U21 European Championship qualifiers. Lunin was recalled by the Ukrainian Football Association due to lower back problems.

FRANCE

Mbappé and Tchouameni were involved in France's two victories in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. In the win over Ukraine in Poland, the madridistas played the whole game, and the striker scored a superb goal after a great pass from the midfielder. In the second match against Iceland at the Parc des Princes, Mbappé scored a goal and got an assist in his side's victory. Tchouameni started but was sent off in the second half.

Alaba captained the Austrian national team in the two qualifiers for the next World Cup. The Madrid defender started and played 69 minutes in the win against Cyprus. He then played 78 minutes in Austria's win over Bosnia-Herzegovina in the second match.

Valverde qualified for the 2026 World Cup with Uruguay. The midfielder was in the starting line-up in his team's victory over Peru in Montevideo. In the second match, they will face Chile in Santiago.

Mastantuono started and played 63 minutes in Argentina's win over Venezuela. Argentina have already qualified for the 2026 World Cup and will finish their South American qualifiers against Ecuador away from home.

Gonzalo played for the Spanish U-21 national team in two qualifiers for the European Championship of the category. In the first, the madridista made his debut with the U21s and played the full 90 minutes in the win against Cyprus. In the second, in Kosovo, he started and played 63 minutes in the 1-3 win for the national team.

The Spanish national team won both of their World Cup qualifiers with ease. In the first one, they overcame Bulgaria. Huijsen played the whole match, and Carvajal, who returned from injury, came on in the 66th minute. In the second match, they beat Turkey away with Huijsen again playing the full ninety minutes. Carvajal did not feature.

Rüdiger was called up by Germany for two World Cup qualifiers. The madridista played the whole game in the defeat in Slovakia. Against Northern Ireland, he also played at the back and contributed to his team's victory.

Turkey, with Arda Güler, picked up their first three points in the World Cup qualifying group after beating Georgia. The Real Madrid midfielder played 86 minutes and provided the assist for the first goal. Against Spain, he also started for his country in Konya.

Brahim was part of Morocco's squad as they qualified for the 2026 World Cup. The Moroccans confirmed their participation with a convincing win over Niger in their first match.
