The Brazilian has accomplished this record at the age of 18 years and 58 days and surpasses the previous record held by Raúl, who scored against Ferencvaros in 1995, at the age of 18 years and 113 days.

After, Endrick said: “I'm very happy with my debut and my first goal in the Champions League in my career. In the league, I think I was one of the youngest to score for Madrid and today too, but that doesn't matter. The important thing is to help the team.”

“I came on on the right and in the first move I passed to Vinicius but he was unable to score. And in the second I had Mbappé and Vinicius, but the best option was to shoot. When I was about to come on the pitch, Rüdiger told me to be ready to score the goal. The whole team is pleased with the first win in the Champions League and it's a delight to be in this group.”
