Real Madrid to discover Copa Round of 16 opposition on Wednesday

Real Madrid will find out who they're set to face in the Copa del Rey Round of 16 this coming Wednesday, 8 January, with the draw to be held at 1:00 pm at Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas. The single-game knockout tie will be played over the 14, 15 and 16 January.
The higher-ranked clubs will face, where possible, those from lower tiers. Real Madrid will play away from home should they be matched against lower-level opposition. If they are drawn against a Primera División outfit, the game will be played at the home ground of the first ball drawn from the pot.
Qualified teams
The following teams will be in the pots for the Round of 16 draw: Rayo Vallecano, Pontevedra, Getafe, Betis, Osasuna, Almería, Barcelona, Atlético, Athletic Club, Ourense, Elche, Real Sociedad, Leganés, Celta, Real Madrid and Eldense or Valencia.
