Real Madrid begin preparations for Manchester City match

The LaLiga leaders completed a session at Real Madrid City as they begin preparing for their upcoming clash. Ancelotti's boys are set to face Manchester City on Tuesday in the first leg of their Champions League round of 16 playoff at the Etihad Stadium (Tuesday, 9:00pm CET).
The starting XI in the derby completed a recovery session using the indoor facilities. The rest of the squad started out in the gym before heading onto the pitches where they worked on rondos and possession drills. Training concluded with games on reduced-size pitches and finishing exercises. Rüdiger and Alaba continue with their recovery programs.
