Kylian Mbappé has been named the Mahou Cinco Estrellas player for January. The forward received the award that acknowledges his impressive performances in the nine games played last month, which included eight goals and his first hat trick for the club. After picking up the trophy at CReal Madrid City, the Frenchman had the following to say: “It's always a pleasure. I'd like to thank everyone for voting for me. January was a fantastic month for the team with loads of games and we hope we can keep it up this month. Every month is important at Real Madrid. We know what we have to do, we have to stay humble and give it our all for this crest."
“I'm feeling great playing alongside my teammates and I'm scoring goals. We had a big game we had to win on Wednesday and we managed that. We're leading LaLiga, we have the second leg here in the Champions League , then the Copa semifinal as well. We have to keep going."
