Match calendar after international break

After the international break, Real Madrid face a busy period with eight games in just over three weeks: five matches in the La Liga, the quarter-finals of the Champions League and the second leg of the Copa del Rey semi-finals. The first of the three back-to-back games at the Santiago Bernabéu will be next Saturday against Leganés on matchday 29 of LaLiga.

April kicks off with the second leg of the Copa del Rey semi-finals against Real Sociedad. Four days later, Madrid will host Valencia on matchday 30 of the league campaign. On Tuesday 8, the Whites are in action in the quarter-finals of the Champions League against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium. Before the second leg at the Bernabéu on Wednesday 16, the Madridistas will play matchday 31 of LaLiga at Mendizorroza against Alavés on Sunday 13.

After the Champions League clash, Madrid will return to league action for two further fixtures. The first will be at home to Athletic Club on the weekend of 19-20 April. And the second, against Getafe at the Coliseum (22-23-24 April). An intense few weeks with decisive encounters are in store as Madrid battle it out to add to their silverware list.
