The players trained at Real Madrid City and completed their final training session in preparation for their Copa del Rey opener against Deportiva Minera at the Cartagonova stadium (Monday, 7 pm CET).

Ancelotti's men got the session underway with a warm-up and ball retention drills. Afterwards, they completed tactical work and exercises in possession, ball control, passing and pressing drills. Afterwards, they played a series of games on a small pitch and concluded with shooting practice. Rüdiger worked out inside the facilities. Alaba completed part of the session with the group, while Carvajal and Militão continued with their recovery work.
